Typical day: sleep in, wake up groggy as shit, get out of bed and start my day all slow mo. Rot most of the day bc my brain doesn’t work. Very unproductive. And since I’m unproductive I don’t get tired enough so I get insomnia. Thus my sleep schedule always gradually shifts til I’m waking up at like 2 pm like yesterday all tired off 13 hours of sleep.
A few nights ago I had some things to do the next day. Had a long talk with @tincelw from like 2-5 am and after that I knew if I went to sleep I’d get nothing done that day so I just popped some moda to get through the day.
Between the stims and being so far removed from my garbage quality sleep, I had the most focused and productive day in ages. I’ve been enrolled in some comp sci classes to refresh my coding skills and appease my parents, but i was 6 weeks in and hadn’t done a single assignment.
I was able to knock out 5 weeks of work from one of the classes in one sitting basically, after not coding for since 2019 bc it’s so hard for me to focus.
I’m gonna try this again today and see if I have a similar experience. So far I feel good. But it has me thinking... what if, since I have abnormal sleep quality, I adopt an abnormal sleep schedule?
It takes me like 8 hours to feel very awake and moda lasts too long to take on a regular morning and not get insomnia that night. So what if I set a schedule of
Ex: wake up at noonish, chill and rot til I’m awake, maybe lift or doordash, then stay up and take moda early in the morning. The next day I get enhanced productivity and focus and tbh it’s fun. Then as the drugs wear off I pass out from let’s say 9 pm til noon the next day. Basically spreading my sleep schedule over two days.
If my sample size of one day is a good indicator my productivity will increase greatly.
Also, my biggest struggle with dieting is that I get insomnia real easily in a deficit. That’s not a problem if I’m not sleeping so I could basically combine this with like 40 hour repeated fasts. I’ll have to figure out a good time to schedule some basic workouts so I don’t wither away bc I’m pretty shredded already.
Legit meth maxxing out of necessity but it is what it is. Thoughts fags?
