• Acidic urine → faster elimination
• Alkaline urine → slower elimination

HCTZ makes your urine more alkaline and also debloats you AND also lowers your blood pressure which is obviously good when using stimulants.
Before using hctz when i used Elvanse (lisdexamfetamine) the effect was kind of wavy and not that good but when i added 25mg hctz the effect was much more stable and better. I've been using hctz 25mg daily with 50mg eplerenone with no issues.
