182cm (5'11 & 3/4)
54 kgs (119 lbs)



yeah my frame sucks and is totally small. i've always been that giga-skinny gaunt guy, never was fat at any point in life. and i'm currently the heaviest i've been in years. used to be even worse when I was 17ish and 48 kgs.
i've not done serious training if it wasnt already obvious

only thing i'm grateful for is that I at least have an average clavicle length for my height and a very narrow waist. it gives me a natural v taper but what good is that when you're straight up victim weight.

my wrists are so small its hard for me to find any watches that fit (Casio A158 is all I wear and its the only watch i've found that fits me nicely)
same with pants & jeans. most of what i wear is made for women jfl because they don't make pants that narrow for men

so yeah, i'm tempted to start cycling roids after a few months of natty lifting.

they could reach like 80kgs trained and lean
whereas i'd be maybe 62 kgs trained and lean

weigth not a good measure of muscle they migth have a lot of viceral fat+bmd etc besides i saw a study(Not sure if it is valid) that begginer when bulking gain 99% muscle or sum like that so that should motivate you

nah but fr tho its not over, you dont have to pick up roids. if you have a good shoulders to waist ratio you can just bulk up and be fine. if you wanna get juiced up then fine, but deadass if you just locked in on the bulk youd be fine.

i bulked from 75kg to 85kg from november to february by eating 4000 calories a day and never slacking with gym, you can and will see progress if youre actually locked in, and youll get used to the volume of food pretty early

i do have a decent shoulders to waist ratio as of right now for an untrained guy. probably will look even more insane.
its the weight aspect that gets me tripped like i said. the weightpill is real

weight can change, just be glad you dont have shit bodybuilding genetics and use that as motivation to get big

youll definitely look insane, imagine yourself but with plus 10-15kg of lean muscle mass. start eating nigga
