I've recently started researching probiotics to treat my mild to moderate acne. It is cause because of systemic inflammation and excessive oil (androgens), being these reasons the most common causes of acne on most people. I've been using 0.05% tret USP from menarini for around 2 weeks and started to see some improvement, and I've just started taking 100B UFC probiotics, and I will be updating the thread in a month or two.
There is an important relation between the gut and the skin, called the gut-skin axis, an imbalance in gut microbiota can cause systemic inflammation, plus a strong microbiota can defend your skin against the common bacteria that causes acne, cutibacterium acnes.
Some studies that got great results from probiotics in treating acne.
Any more information is well accepted![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
