It isn't a scam, my gut was absolutely fucked after being on strong antibiotics for a month and after munching on probiotics for a couple weeks, everything was back to normal, so if your gut is acting up, probiotics will help

Legit, there idnt evidebce thst its the end all be all for any bodily function but it can do such things as reduce inflammatory markers and such
