PROBLEM WITH COILY HAIR(Please Read and Provide Solutions)

So Guys My Hair is really really coily like when I go to shower or wash my hair my hair becomes straight and long but just 2 minutes after coming out of the shower they become really really dry and very frizzy I want my hair to change from coily to silky or atleast curly

What Should I Do then?

Straight silky would be my ideal but I dont know which hair routine to follow as my hair gets super dry coily and frizzy after 3-5 mins washing my hair even though they are straight
