the problem with facepulling is that it comes with health costs, particularly if u try to accelerate results. thumbpulling too much in the week causes the thumbs to become painful, until ur forced to stop and take a break for another week. by that time the sutural loosening is reversed. weightpull even 20 minutes a day at maximum weight and after a few days the teeth are pulled forward and risk falling out, so u must take it slow and take off a lot of time. shirtclench too much and the teeth hurt, possibly enamel is damaged. besides, u dont want to train muscle every day to grow it. bonesmash too hard and it gives headache. bonesmash to frequently and u age ur skin. i alternate these methods but im still left having to spend days off. progress has to be slow, unless we can find some way to overcome these barriers.
