Problem with injecting peptides

When I’m injecting my peptides, it seems all of the liquid isn’t being injected

I use copper peptides and when I push it all the way down, I still see blue in the needle

I pull it out then put it back up then push back down and more comes out

How do I fix this? Just pull it out then bring air then inject back in?
