The only advice I have for you is try to move your tongue back even if its uncomfortable you could also try to expand your palate more, Mike Mew has plenty of videos on how to do that

read this thread clenching is important for mewing it allows you to put more force on your palate dont clench hard or else youll get bruxism if you want to do hard clenching buy a mouth guard
