S TIER (worth risk and cost if done correctly completely, can ascend you 3+ tiers)
- LeFort (1, 2 or 3)
- Bimax
- Hair Transplant
- Orbital Decompression

A TIER (mostly worth the risk and cost if done correctly completely, can ascend you 2+ tiers)
- Fat grafting
- Rhinoplasty
- Fillers
- Lip Filler or Lip Lift
- Canthoplasty / Canthopexy
- Genioplasty

B TIER (sort of worth the risk and cost if done decently, though there are better options)
- Implants
- Laser Eye Color Change (I would put this in the middle of A and B tier if I had the chance)
- Otoplasty
- Buccal Fat Removal

C TIER (pretty risky and costly, wouldn't ascend you much)
- Blepharoplasty
- Lower eyelid retraction repair

D TIER (not worth it at all, you shouldn't get this)
- OBO
- Iris Implants
