Procedures for horrendous eye area

Genuinely hard to get up every morning and look in the mirror with my current eye area, what procedures would noticeably ascend my eye area?
You might think my main issue with my eyes is roundness and visible droopiness, but what really bothers me is the asymmetry that rivals stephen hawking himself. The only procedures that I've looked into that seem to be able to permanently ascend my eye area are Infraorbital implants and a lateral canthoplasty, and possibly an orbital floor implant. but I wanted to get the opinion of people potentially more knowledgeable in terms of cosmetic procedures regarding the eye area, lmk if I sound retarded or overreacting

Lower eyelid retraction is one obvious one. Infraorbital implants as well to fix your undereye area although I'm not sure how realistic that is considering the cost + shortage of surgeons for it.

ahh good idea. I was doing this with random items that I measured but a credit card is an excellent call.

Infraorbital implants would provide ample support for my undereyes, but do you think they would address the asymmetry?

Outside of doing work to repair/tone the lids to create in part an illusion of symmetry no not really. Just like with implants you might be able to squeeze out a minor improvement somehow but it’s mostly an illusion. Your eyeballs are not changing size or shape, nor are their socket positions. Only thing you can do is manipulate the soft tissue hovering them. Either by adjusting the muscles or putting more structure below that’ll only go so far though.

However the issue mostly exist in your head. Literally everyone has a big eye and a small eye. Most people just never notice it in themselves or others. You just did, once you peel back that veil theirs no unseeing it. It’s really bothersome and freaky. I avoid telling people about it generally due to that effect. Most are better off ignorant of it.

So yes you’re over reacting and if you go to a surgeon asking for perfectly symmetrical eyes they will most likely kick you out of their practice.
