Have you looksmaxxed at all? you are at the prime age for substantial change, and it can either go towards your favor or the opposite.

When i was your age I was dabbling in drug dealing, was very skinny, did shitty lifting, ate shitty food (PB&J sanwich everyday), was a punk cause I didn't have a male figure, during the summer I played video games all day etc

Proex: my daily life

wake up
play csgo for 4-5 hours play aim trainers for an hour
shower
use my phone for 7 hours at my bed and fap for 2 times at most
sleep for 8-10 hours

i also eat sometime between gaming its only 1 meal i only eat 1 small meal daily

thats all tbh been that way for like 2 weeks ig

Gaming isn't really self-fulfilling for long term betterment of yourself to be frank so I'd advise you to cut down the gaming hours as much as you can and focus on other hobbies/tasks that can improve your general social value among the people who surround you.
