Gymcell is useless under 4.25 PSL no gym for your potato recessed face.

I used to cope with gymcelling until I bonesmashed and facepull. Now i m awaiting bimax for Chadlite ascension.

Good progress but I can tell you are retaining water.

You already have a sufficient amount of muscle to looks max. I looked through your posts and saw the picture of your face when you were younger and not roid bloated. You have a decent bone structure.

You need to cut down to 10% and debloat max and consider other options like beard/dying hair/etc to finalize the looks max (barring surgery).
