I've tried a lot of stuff to make my nose smaller so I hope its not plocibo but I see small progressiontehre and I've been trying to improve my eye area and look overall healthier

Can def see health indicators on spot. What have you done for your nose? Did you try accutane?

I've tried exfoliating using a BHA. I tried some TikTok nose exercises, I fell into the nose tape stuff for a couple of weeks, and I'm heavily considering Accutane. The only thing I've tried that actually seemed to work was the BHA

I've been trying to look healthier overall. I've noticed a small change in my nose from BHA, and I'm trying to work on my eye area

the only thing i noticed is that you no longer have a mustache that makes you look like a pedophile, i dont think dying your hair didnt anything. I GUESS you can pass as lhtn

the distortion gave you a longer skull. you need to grow something like a goatee but emphasize the lower chin to make it appear longer. you have good bone structure but too short a skull, so any facial hair that makes face appear longer is ideal.
