Progress on 225 Test for 2 months, what more could I add for a lean bulk

225 Test cyp (daily inj)
Reta 5mg (E5D)
Basic boring ancillaries

The plan for the future was to cruise 500 and use an AI to control estrogen if problems arise and other necessary support ofc along with 5Ius HGH and start implementing insulin and for 4-6 weeks max I wanna use inj anadrol or anavar ONLY for looks. Also I don’t care about height as I’m already 6,1 so the HGH dose is primarily for nutrient partitioning.

Reason for no EQ or primo is
A: I already have horrible cravings so I don’t want it any higher
B: primo could add a higher risk of hair loss (haven’t gotten any but still don’t want to add anymore risk)

my SHBG was 38, any advice on how to lower it and improve my AR sensitivity.
