Progress post, seems i’ve gone backwards but i don’t know where.

made a post here about 2 weeks ago, i’m back for an update. been consistent with skincare routine, vitamin C face and eyes, niacin, salicylic acid, ghk cu injection 3x a week, hair is falling out so continuing with finasteride and minoxidil, still shedding like crazy. still bonesmashing, starting reta 1mg a week soon, on 125mg test every 3 days. began hydrocortisone on my nose yesterday. what else can i do to ascend further. I am open to anything, nothing is too extreme. is there any way besides rhinoplasty to correct nose asymmetry, because i can’t afford it at the moment.
please reply and tell me what i can do, i will be active and post updates every week or 2.
