UPDATE

It's been like 2 days since i started pinning and i've noticed a few changes, not major but definitely it's in effect.

I've noticed i smell way way way worse and i sweat a lot more just by doing basic things, not sure if this is normal or not but it's one change i've noticed,

I shaved all my ball hair off at the start just as an experiment, and my hair growth has significantly increased.

Obviously stuff like me getting taller and my hands hurting won't occur yet but these are js some small changes i've noticed

I'll keep updating probably around next week (prob gonna be the same shit jfl)
