Progress till now,idk what to do next

I am 18 y/o ,i don't have money for hardmaxxing ,I am jus doing softmaxxes and I think I have made some improvement ,pls tell if it's visible or not and what can I do more ,pls tell even if they are frauding ,I use tretinoin and azalic acid ,
I jus started using minoxidil too
