Been doing Maasai jumps for the past few months. I'm starting to get better at it, my sessions are lasting longer, and I'm able to add some weight without completely exhausting myself. There have been a couple of noise complaints, but the risk-to-reward is well worth it.
Just checked my height this morning and it has increased by 5.422mm from the last check-in (Increasing my calcium intake has accelerated this).
Been also thinking about incorporating a DIY rack pulling device onto my bed, allowing me to heightmaxx during sleep. This whole journey has been extremely positive for my mental health, in a few years my manlethood might be just a dark memory of my past life.
