Definitely planning on rhino+alarbase in the future, considering infra implants. What else do I need frontally?

Jaw is bit too narrow, send side profile so i can see potential recession but seems your ramus is bad. Bidelt is mid, you could work more on shoulders but you probably already are

agreed but it’s a lot more expensive and nose is still a big falio of mine
