3 months in now, I train fbw but I overtrained hard for first 2 months lol imagine doing 5x5 squats and then right after 5x5 deadlifts all that 3 times a week


Now i alternate deadlifts and squats and do 3x5 on everything (5th rep complete muscle failure)

That's good, intensity is much important than volume for muscle growth.
You are doing pretty good for only 3 months ngl, there are guys at my gym who have been lifting for over 2 years and still only bench 50kg.

TCA peel, dermarolling, tret and roids is what you need.
