Controlled social exposure, send them to tech meetups, coding camps, and affluent sports like fencing or squash. These are not for fun they are hunting grounds. they need to befriend the sons of fund managers, partners at trading firms, and people whose parents actually have capital. Let them build the network.

SOCIALLY AKWARD​

Force the awkwardness, deliberately keep them socially stunted. No parties, no clubbing, no “learning to talk to girls.” You want them weird, the kind of kid who would rather derive a formula than stand in a dark room with shitty music. Nightclub degen behaviour is for people with options, they are being built to sit in front of screens and print, not to blow capital on bottle service and regrettable decisions.

Once they start getting the 6 fig salaries at 18 and 7 figures at 22 you become the sugarbaby
