Looks good OP. I would recommend If they offer a genio as well to decline. It’s better to have bimax first then genio after as u can see how much more horizontal and vertical augmentation u need after the bsso does it’s max

They also suggested a need for cheekbone graft. They said they would hand make grafts using hydroeyaphatite mixed with collagen, and the ddoctors would mold the grafts as they solidify over 8 weeks. I'm an out of town patient though, so I'm not sure they can mold them over 8 weeks without me coming back many times. Should I decline this? I will likely have to stay in the area for 2-3 weeks after the procedure for post operation care. It's because my cheeks might appear even smaller, so they were using this to keep my cheekbones looking the way they are now.
