Take this TikTok tranny Maxxed Chad for example. He has insane forward growth, but looks like he is on his way to get his weekly TRT replacement

Yeah forward growth is genetic and facial posture from younger. Androgens can grow brow ridge maybe cheekbones and make you look more masculine

Estrogens play a role
