Go to a gym that has a lot of people in it and realistically guess a persons age in your mind by looking at their skin quality,hair,under eye area and go ask them yourself how old they are. Most of the time you will be wrong and they will be younger than what you guessed.

exercise is fine if not excessive tbh. one of the youngest looking 40 year olds I know has like 10% bodyfat and is ripped.
could easily pass for a guy in his 20s

too many carbs/grains/lead filled powders + too much sun + roids are probably the main issue

90% going to the gym are working out less than a year and aren’t consistent

being fit and athletic makes you look younger, the problem with gyms is that there is an over-representing of coping subhumans. the difference from regular sample size of coping sbhumans is that they are just leaner and on roids. the obese shut in might look more well preserved due to less sun exposure and lower cortisol levels, but what's the point when you're an obese shut in?
 
Gym is very important for looking young post 30. It's important not to lift so heavy that you strain your face thus creating lines. Also dont bloat max and dont roid.

i mean its a combination of roids and their personal preference to look older like bruh looking at jeff seid, cbums, and david laids is like a jumpscare unfrotunately
