6000 push ups later + their usual gym training
They look worse
At best they look leaner (lol)
Now I know why my forearms and calves don't grow even though I do many reps and increase weight

It's 1 gram per pound of LEAN BODY MASS, not total weight -- and even that may be too much for some.

From what I've seen there're virtually no benefits going much past 80-100 grams a day for most men up to & over 200 lbs.
