Here’s my feet side to side I only smashed my left foot and left my right foot alone so I could see if anything would change.

I dont rlly have any pics of my left foot a long time ago but they were basicaly the same size

Ignore me being ethnic but there you go

Idk how much of this is just inflamation and how much is bone but there was growth.

I don’t feel any pain either
My before height was about 6’3 now on my left foot I am 6’4 or maybe high 6’3

Imma do on other foot

My left foot even feels harder than my right one also
