You are claiming a verse that says "We would have done X if he lied" is somehow fulfilled by him feeling "as if" X was happening years later from a natural illness. This makes no logical sense. The verse describes a divine, instantaneous punishment for lying, which never occurred. The hadith describes the natural physical pain of an illness using a metaphor.
