Karma is just the law of cause and effect. Everything that ever happens has a cause.

The causes of some things are immaterial. Like if you sit down to draw something, you first have to think about what you are going to draw. So when you draw something, the thing that ultimately caused the drawing to appear and materialize was the thought/image in your mind and your will to draw it.

The thing that caused you to not be born as chad is also immaterial. You don't have to believe in reincarnation, it is enough to know that the soul, which is immaterial just like consciousness, preceded your birth. The conditions into which you incarnated (i.e. were born into) were set in motion by forces beyond your understanding, before you were born. But ultimately, those forces all have their own cause. This is the law of karma.

You don't get "good karma" because you lived your life as incel and suffered. Suffering isn't anything good or virtuous, it's not something that causes good things to come to you. On the other hand, evil things do cause suffering.

Lastly, you will always reap what you sow and in the end, you will always pay the price in one way or the other.
