Because surgery is very expensive to a poor cel I don't know his financial situation He's kind of popular so he could probably monetize his content and use that money to surgery Max but for someone like me who has to wage slave pay their own rent and buy everything they own at 18. Only making about 700 a week surgery isn't possible for guys like me so you have to get creative with DIY.
