I literally googled "fat men" and scrolled through and found a few examples of morbidly obese dudes who still have hollow cheeks:
Despite being fat, their prominent cheekbones and strong forward growth still create that "hollow" line that runs up the face from the chin to the cheekbones. If these guys leaned out to 12% body fat the hollows would be much more pronounced and they would have insane facial structure.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if you don't already have some amount of hollowing, you will probably never have hollow cheeks. Getting lean can obviously drastically improve one's facial appearance, but leanmaxxing specifically for hollow cheeks is cope.
