I will keep it short, most people at 28 cm ulna will be 180 cm , but u can see an oytlier in this chart who js 190 at same ulna ,also a few 185 cm at same ulna. It should not have been like that since body follows proportions but i think we should try our best till 22 to grow out at max potential. I think 3 inches growth beyond potential is possible if done in right time
