He was aloof because he didnt feel he could act alpha and be domineering because he has a softer face than the rest. His confidence was very much knocked when not one girl stepped forward at the start

He is also a doctor and this nice guy y facade ia hard to lose once you are fed back from society with it

If he was better looking he would have had the confidence to act masculine

He was feminine because women treat him as the boring nice guy and so he is lost for identity and not knowing how to be or act

He cant be the alpha, so he's left with the beta

Can he be the sigma male? Not without being real and you cant be entirely real with women and we know this
