Proof that wider palette reduces cheek hollowness

This guy got MSE, but all the expansion went to one side of his face (his right). The side of his face that didn't get the expansion his clearly more hollow than the side that got all of it, despite the fact that his expanded side also got wider zygos. Should I stray away for MSE for this reason? (besides the fact that there's a risk of asymmetry as well)

The asymmetry is what caused it, not the widening. This is my fear too with MSE.
