Does anyone use Propanolol for inhib in the gym? Im thinking about using it because im trying to talk to other people in the gym but my legs shake like a complete retard even tho i dont feel that anxious, so i was thinking about dosing propanolol before i went to the gym

How are u meant to work out on beta blockers fatigued ash. Doubt they even notice the leg shake. Or just think you doing legs.
