I need a good training split as i have been going to the gym on and off for a year now and before i was doing ppl x arnold (training 6 times a week) now im lost and dont know where to start.
Im thinking about doing just back chest then arms then repeat as i already hate the gym i dont want to hate it even more by doing legs more than once a month

2x Upper a week

JFL if you train legs

and JFL if you go more than 3 times a week to the gym

waste of time

Aight thanks but would you recommend doing legs at least once a month so you dont get chicken legs or nah idk if once a month does any dif tbh

For no going to the gym constantly i recommend to you an Upper/rest/upper/rest… So you can have many off days out of the gym and for be optimal
Chest press
Chest Supported Row
Lateral Raises
Bicep Curl

And you ended
