Will 2 g of protein, 0.5 g of fat, and 3.5 g of carbs per kg be enough to maintain muscle while cutting? I don't want to lose my progress, but I also don't want to spend too long cutting. I'm planning to cut for about 1-2 month. My bf is around 15. I'm quite active and train 3–4 times a week. I'm currently taking yohimbine and will continue taking it for another month.

~800 calories deficit per day, i don't want aggressive cut cuz it will ruin more muscles, im not that fat to do aggressive cut

whats ur weight? cause 3.5g of carbs per kg is odd I'm on 140g of carbs and I weigh 200

Wow
Im 77-78 kg, 172 lbs ig
tone down the carbs and increase your protein intake will keep you feeling better and fuller, also I would recommend for you to save your carbs for pre workout and post workout meals, it makes the gym easier and less fatiguing.

181g Protein / 120g Carbs / 47g Fat

This macros should be alot better for the cut
