Proper posture with regard to head tilt?

Is it along the Frankfurt plane?

If so, I frankly see nobody walking around like this (yes, I autistically observed for a day). I used the tilt of their ear to determine it. Almost everyone tilts their head upwards slightly, but it could be said that everyone has bad posture.

everyone has subpar posture, only my chad jaw friends have perfect posture

What I noticed is that when you have a short/or a very wide neck, bad posture isn't as visible. Only when you have a narrow long neck, slightly bad neckposture already looks terrible.
