Proper test injection

I’ve watch a lot of YouTube videos read guides etc and followed them but seems by technique is wrong. I used 3ml luer lock syringe first with 18g syringe to draw from vial then switched to 25g for injection and did it in my glutes for and IM injection. I seem to have slightly hit a vein as I have PIP and coughin a bit of blood.
Looking for help so I don’t fckn mess up again.

if you did glutes its very rare to hit a vain so maybe ur test is just shit
no point in risking many other sources sell test its easy to find
