proper way to leanmaxx?

i'm currently only on reta and i want to get 12-15% body fat but idk how I should approach it because at the moment I've just been stravemaxxing and eating 500 cal most days I feel like this isn't really working because I still look fat in my stomach after losing 60 pounds I also have been considering test but I don't know if I should do it during the cut or after whenever I'm lean so I can just gain mass proper way to diet and get lean

blast reta and go to the gym 5 times a week lifting heavy

Eating that little calories is horrible if you want to be lean and aesthetic you’re eating way too little calories so your body is also burning muscle and bone first find out your maintenance calories and subtract only 400 cal so you can keep muscle mass while losing fat and to help preserve muscle eat 1 g protein per body weight lb do light cardio sessions and train heavy but if you’re really really skinny fat already, then you should lean bulk 500 cal is horrible man for real the more the better.
