Property maxing - where to begin?

One use for money I thought of would be to buy anime stuff at cons and network there, but it's pointless collecting stuff with no space to put it so I need big house.

How do you start w/ smaller properties and build up from there?

I can't even understand how to trade stocks much less NFTs.

Property seems somewhat stable against inflation.

it depend on how much u already have. From zero is straight out not possible work only on that, u need to have money already.
