Proposing a rule-change (Thomas DOM act)

It should be illegal to post other users pictures on other websites without their consent (this includes doxxing). @Thomas DOM posts my pictures everywhere online, with a malicious intent. I explicitly do not give Thomas DOM permission to post my pictures on other websites, that i posted here.
A rule should be implemented that forbids users of this forum to harm looksmax.org users on other websites. Something has to be done against such psychotic users. Such users are the reason, why other users don't want to upload their pictures, they are bad for the community. If nothing is done, i might leave this forum, as it does nothing to protect its users against rogue users.
