Propranolol is a godsend for curing physical anxiety.
My personal stack is combining 20-40mg of propranolol with 1.5-2g of phenibut.
Phenibut is GABA-ergic and takes care of the mental symptoms of anxiety. Propranolol handles the physical.
Perfect combo.
