Yes, it can makes you low inhib, although it is supposed to adress physical anxiety (shaking, sweat, etc) more than mental anxiety.

Anyway I wouldn't take it long term, since it's a non-selective lipophilic beta-blocker; that means it diffuses easily across the blood-brain barrier, possibly causing depression, low IQ and sleep disorders (insomnia, nightmares, RLS... There is evidence that it lowers your melatonin synthesis). Also some people shit their pants while on it.

If you have social anxiety the most consistent long-term pharmacological aproach would be SSRIs (Zoloft, Prozac, Lexapro...)

AMPHS are really good to get low inhib (I myself take Vyvanse), but as you build tolerance (which occurs faster if you take standard release forms) it will lose the euphoric and kinda aphrodisiac effect and you'll be acting like a robot (ie less creativity, emotional blunting, etc) due to limbic system supression and monoaminergic depletion.

Besides I would avoid fapping and porn, as I saw more than one chud frying their brains with this (one of them was even sissyhypnotized :lul:).

Just avoid taking it every day if you don't have ADHD. Also, drink orange juice at evening (or just take vit C tablets) to prevent the amph from disrupting your sleep.

Yeah when I took it once (10mg) it made me super depressed and sleepy. When I paired it with modafinil tho I didn't feel the negative during the day, but the rebound anxiety hit like a truck at night. I refuse to touch pharmaceuticals again tbh. I am going to try selank and see if it helps. Maybe pregab but it seems like it would be similar to prop. To props defense tho I havent used it in a high stress or social situation so I can't speak to it in terms of effectiveness, but honestly it didnt make me low inhib and I just felt super tired
