has anyone on here taken propranolol daily for more than half a year?

im wondering if i'll get dependent on it,

for context i've got atypical autism or something and im stacking it with memantine

I just take it when I'm going out there's no need to use it everyday unless you go out everyday, its non addictive

high functioning autistic people die like 20 years earlier on average, mainly due to the heart strain of constantly being anxious, so i do need it everyday
