Proptosis reduction from orb decomp. meaningfully improve the orbital vector? (High iq gih pls)

I see everyone talking about how a big fat graft or infraorbital implants (prefered saddled) alongside possibly blepharoplasty is the only way to correct a significant orbital vector

But how frequent is it for someone to have a passable infraorbital rim projection but their cornea just is too far out?

My vector looks negative/almost neutral when im looking straight or up, but at some downwards gaze it looks a lot better


After all the orbital vector is how the cornea sits relative to the structure underneath

What visual changes can be expected from a 5mm proptosis reduction?
