Protection for lips & eyebrows while being on tret

Hi,
I've been using tret for a little over a month now, and I apply Vaseline to my lips and eyebrows to keep them from getting extremely dry.
My problem is that Vaseline seems to be causing some sort of "acne?" around my lips—there are small brown dots, and I'm not sure what they are exactly, but I think Vaseline might be the cause.
Do you have any better recommendations than Vaseline?

i have tallowbalm but is it better,won't cause acne and it will protect like vaseline?

There blackheads looks by the sign of it if they small black dots
