If you are a gymcell or in a high protein diet for any reason take care







TLDR for lazycells(over for you tbh) : consume 50-100gr protein max, 80gr if it is from animal and eat a low calories diet (slightly below maintenance)

If you are below 23 or whatever and you are growing more height ignore this and consume a high protein diet

I get 80 to 100g of protein but a big part of it comes from dairy gelatin bone broths which is better imo

Refined carbs are bad ofc, but if you choose vegetables/fruits sources will not increase IFG-1

This might be useful for like, not even oldcels, more like primordialcels. Most of the people on this forum ares till gymcelling/heightmaxxing and thus eat high protein

the reason it doesnt work is because its hard as fuck to stick to a diet and get to 10% or even lower, it gets twice as hard when you have a job, bills to pay etc etc, the patience required drains your mental health and instead of putting your body in a deficit you end up putting your dopamine in a deficit smh, and yes im dieting rn...

Asians age the best because they have the lowest DHT sensitivity. I’ve been on carnivore for 4 years now, my hairline and skin are in pristine condition

It just takes too much discipline for the general population. Took me about half a year at neg calories to go 15->10%.

And getting to 15 itself took over a year.

Most people give up after they don'get what they want in a month or two.

Going lean is by far one of the hardest things you can do in life. The one thing no amount of money can buy.

Yeah leo and longevity isn't the most reliable source but don't you think 4 years is too soon to make a judgement on how well you are aging?

Also, what are the non copd benefits of a carnivore diet. It seems to me that any fad/specialised diet is mostly bullshit and thr best diet is just eat everything except bread and non grass fed milk and dairy

I hope everything keeps going well for you and that if it doesn't you'll know how to make the necessary changes, you drink dairy and eat your organs so your diet is alot better than most carnivores who end up running into liver damage and a multitude of symptoms after a few years due to iron overload

The damages of a very high protein diet start showing in your 30s and 40s it's a looksmax on the short term

Carnivore diet isn’t a fad diet, it’s our natural diet (+ seasonal fruits).
There is absolutely zero doubt that it’s incredible for anti aging.
If we can’t use 4 years as a case study, we can try use vegans who have done like 10 years, and see the fucking drastic aging that occurs in just months.
It’s fucking hilarious though; it’s always the same low IQ plastic women who care so much about the way they look, become vegan because they want to virtue signal and have the look of being a good person, then literally age 20-30 years + in 2 years - the irony is delicious.

i can see carnivore working well but the natural diet of our ancestors was whatever they could find. Grubs, insects, fruits, veggies, legums, meats, people etc. Using "natural diet" as an argument to support a certain food pattern is not a good idea, Otzi litterally had clogged arteries in his carcass.

it cant. the systems in the body that promote growth are the same systems that promote aging. so for example, IGF-1 ages you, and also makes you grow. same with testosterone. protein is not an exception. you want to max out everything that makes you grow/age UNTIL you start aging rather than growing, which is when health needs to be your priority.

It seems that any other diet rather than paleo/carnivore is quite detrimental to physical ageing.
