How to hit ur protein goals with Whole Foods?and how much I should eat of protein for my weight?Bro it’s expensive as shit and my parents are getting angry,two cans of tuna only have 28g of protein and one egg as 7g of protein,is there a way to hit ur protein goals without spend that much?thanks if u reply

not false at all, macro nutrients are alot more important for body composition (which is a huge factor of health) and gym performance (which you should be into if you're even asking this tbh), micronutrients arent that important. and explain how protein powder is different as a protein source besides it lacking aminoacids and micronutrients? You'd rather ditch the protein powder instead of hitting your daily 1 lb/bodyweight protein goal which aids in muscle growth and a SHIT ton of other functions in your body?
 
I buy frozen chicken breasts in bulk. 200g or 1 breast has like 60g protein then the rest ill use protein shakes

yeah but you're acting as if you arent already getting the minimum needed micronutrients for protein synthesis from your diet, adding in artificial protein isnt gonna magically make those micros dissapear, your take is absolute garbage, micros are needed for our brain and organs but avoiding specific products because you deem them as ''unhealthy'' is dumb.

tldr for you. Protein is an all encompassing term that refers to amino acids, some sources of protein will only have a significant amount of a few types of required amino acids while having poor amounts of others. Meat and animal sources mog.

they do but if he cant fully hit his macro nutrient goal from his diet theres ZERO reason to not add in artificial protein nigga whats your point?, and for looksmaxxing and building your physique macros are more important thats obvious.

protein IS protein but i didnt say that in the sense that your whole diet should consist of protein bars nigga, i made it obvious that he could supplement with protein if he doesnt hit that from his foods, read the room
