This is why i threw my powders in the trash

My stomach hates protein powders and i see why, fucking unatural

Protein is a old fitness tale used to extract cash with expensive snakeoils

Raises cortisol and bloats you. I really feel like shit everytime I eat a shitload of protein tbh

And ”experts” say you need like 150 grams a day.. ridiculous.. just stupid

I tried eating 150 g one time, it’s horrible

Well you dont NEED it, but it does make your life as lot easier as a gymcel if you can just down a shake after the gym rather than cooking so ething again

I agree that protein powder is bullshit though, it tastes bad and it always feels bad in my stomache I finished like one bucket of the stuff and I have one small bucket left and after that I will not buy a single one of these things again jfl feels terrible

You drink eggs raw.. really easy and great uptake

Same with salmon and red meat, u can eat it raw whatever.. also plant protein is easy

However i do agree it is more expensive if you want crazy amounts, but you dont need more than a couple of eggs a day or so

I used it for 25 yesrs, fooled by the industry

Now I just eat casual carbs/protein with a bit of fat. A healthy mix.

Results - Same or even better muscle level and more energy than high protein diets !!!

I could have stopped the powders years ago, it’s just a money thing for real

I just have 12 raw eggs mixed with honey and raw milk after workout.
Makes life a whole lot easier, and if you down some yoghurt/other fermented foods (ideally animal based), your digestion will be ace.
Don’t worry too much about protein, just get as much meat, eggs, dairy as possible + moderate fruit, and I can guarantee you’ll eat a heap less calories than you would if you had the bullshit that we’re told to eat as the elites slaves.
I’ve done PEDs, albeit, a few cycles of low dose SARMs, and I can confidently confirm that eating like this equates to the same level of energy/anabolism as 10mg S4 + 2.5mg LGD, plus I’m losing fat.
If that’s you in your avi, you’re already in insane shape, honestly, as much as you may not need it, try it for a month or two.

There is tons of evidence that taking more than 1.8gr per BW doesn't not improve muscle or strength further. So much broscience. A gram per lb is a good and safe amount to shoot for and get all of the protein benefits.

Just because you have good genetics doesn’t mean you know anything about nutrition

I can say that my own muscle level is at all time best for me while not obsessing over getting protein. And study wise, there’s no consensus that higher protein gives you bigger muscles. Just that protein is needed, as in not removing protein completely.

I think it was Meno Hensellmans who did a meta analysis on protein studies and found that most bodybuilders that aren't on gear don't need as much protein as they think they do and 0.8g/lb of body weight is as effective as 1g/lb and even 1.2g/lb.
Ended up being good news for my grocery bill.
